Lauderdale by the Sea Condo Average Sale Price

The median price equals the average sales price. To get to the median price we have taken all Lauderdale by the Sea condos sold sales prices for the month of January.   When counted all sold prices together we then divided the amount of condo sales in Lauderdale by the Sea which gives us the median sale price (average price).

We are taking the median price (average sales price) rather while this shows us more accurate what the Lauderdale by the Sea Condo market is doing. That helps us better to understand and forecasting the price trend for that market.
